Brian Charles Cook

Beginning as a geologist and purveyor of world class minerals to top collectors and museums, Brian has also developed an artisans workshop for lapidary arts, working as a cutter and designer of Amphoragems® and coach to his own dedicated crew of cutters.

With a California studio and a Brazilian cutting facility, Brian travels extensively sourcing gem materials and rare minerals.

Brian's geology background and his observance of new occurrences in the Brazilian gem world, such as the Paraíba tourmaline, spessartine, emeralds, etc., has positioned him as a consultant in the field of exploration geology.
